What can I expect during a deep tissue massage?
Our Deep Tissue Massage targets muscle tension and chronic pain by working deep into muscle layers. This technique helps relieve tightness, improve mobility, and enhance recovery.
Is Cupping therapy safe?
Yes, generally Cupping Therapy is a safe, ancient technique that uses suction to enhance circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote deep healing. Our trained professionals ensure a comfortable and beneficial experience. However, if you bruise easily or prefer to avoid the visible marks that sometimes occur with cupping, let your therapist know in advance.

General Questions
Do you only work with athletes, or can anyone book a session?
While we specialize in working with athletes to enhance performance and recovery, our services are beneficial for anyone experiencing muscle tension, pain, or stress. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, desk worker, or just looking for relaxation, we can tailor a session to your needs.
Do I need to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage?
No! Sports massage is designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance recovery for everyone, not just athletes.
What’s the difference between a sports massage and a regular massage?
Sports massage is more targeted and focuses on muscle recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention. It often includes deep tissue techniques, stretching, and sometimes cupping therapy. A regular massage is typically more for relaxation and general stress relief.
Is massage therapy painful?
Some techniques, like deep tissue massage, can be intense, especially if you have tight muscles or adhesions. However, we adjust the pressure to your comfort level and ensure the experience remains therapeutic rather than painful.
Before & After the Massage
Should I eat before my massage?
It’s best to eat a light meal at least an hour before your session. Avoid heavy meals right before your appointment to stay comfortable.
What should I wear for my massage or stretching session?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for assisted stretching. For massage, you can undress to your comfort level—our therapists will ensure you’re properly draped for privacy.
How long does a session last?
Sessions typically last between 60 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on your needs.
Do I need to shower before my session?
While it’s not required, it is appreciated. A quick rinse before your session can help you feel fresh and comfortable, especially after workouts.
What should I do after my massage?
Drink plenty of water, avoid strenuous activity for a few hours, and take time to rest so your body can fully absorb the benefits of the massage.
